It is widely recognized that we can all learn from others, and we can all teach others, particularly at certain points in our lives and careers. A lot of this happens naturally. The Chapter Mentor Program is designed to supplement what happens naturally by eliminating barriers and bringing together those who are willing to share with one another. Our goal is to shorten the learning curve of our Chapter members and to help them succeed at whatever they set out to do. It is also hoped that this program will provide ideas, inspiration, and practical experience for those attempting to set up or improve associate mentor programs in their own firms and legal departments.

If you are interested in being a mentor or a mentee (or both!), please complete the brief profile (download on the right in the Download area) to help us make the best matches.  There is also a place to indicate if you have a preference for a mentor.  Send completed profiles to Char Coulbert or Julie Livengood.  Based on the profiles and your preferences, we will make the appropriate matches and communicate them as soon as possible.
