She has all-firm administrative responsibilities in addition to the management of the 78-lawyer Seattle office. Prior to joining Stoel Rives, Arlene spent 15 years with the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office where, during the last five years, she was the Director of Personnel and Administration. On the International level, Arlene served as an officer on the ALA Region 5 Management Team from 2005-2007, on the Regional Nominating Committee, as a member of the International Conference Local Arrangements Committee in 2008, and is currently serving as a member of the 2010 International Conference Planning Committee. On the local level, Arlene has served as PSALA President Elect, President, Immediate Past President, and three years as Newsletter Editor. Other positions with PSALA include serving on the Community Service Committee, Managing Partners Dinner Committee, Soundings Advisory Board, Nominating Committee, and Lawyerpalooza planning committee.

	Angela K. She has been with the firm since 1992 and joined ALA in 2000. Since joining ALA Angela has served on several committees and has previously served as Co-Chair of the Finance Section, as Director of Education, and as Director of Membership.

Prior to her current role at Stoel Rives, she practiced as an attorney in the Seattle office of Perkins Coie LLP. Lianne is the co-chair of the Washington State Bar Association Committee for Diversity, the co-chair of the Statewide Diversity Conference, and a current board member and the Immediate Past President of the Korean American Bar Association of Washington. She holds a J.D. degree from the University of Washington School of Law, a Joint M.A. degree in English Literature and Women’s Studies from Brandeis University, and a B.A. degree in English Literature from the University of Washington. This is her second year as a member of PSALA.

She was a newsletter Co-Editor for three years, Co-Director of Vendor relations for two years, and is now beginning her second year as Diversity Committee Co-Chair.

Lynda has been with Perkins Coie for ten years. Prior to Perkins, Lynda was the Administrator of the Bellevue office of Bogle & Gates. Her career as a legal administrator began in the Puget Sound area with Williams, Kastner & Gibbs PLLC where she worked for more than 11 years. Lynda has been a member of ALA for 17 years and has served in several capacities within the Chapter, including Annual Conference Arrangements Committee (1997); Vendor Relations Committee Member; Co-Chair, Human Resources Section; Co-Chair,“Cheers!”; co-chair of the Visibility Committee and, Director of Communications.
