Peer Connection is all about connecting with your peers! In an effort to enhance and more effectively achieve this goal, the newly created Peer Connection Committee will maintain the Chapters principal objective, which is to be the Peer Connection to the Chapter for all members.
Goals for the Peer Connection Committee:
- To connect new members with other members who have the same or similar function in their firm to whom they know they can call if they have questions or concerns and enlarge their network of members in a shorter amount of time.
- Keep members engaged with the Chapter by personally inviting them to Chapter meetings and other activities.
- Reconnect with existing members in the Chapter.
The Peer Connection’s role is to also serve existing Chapter members in fostering peer connections and answer questions they may have about the Committee and Chapter resources.
The Peer Connection Committee is a newly launched committee in our Chapter but is an established concept in developing and building connections and relationships among our peers.
