Scholarships

At PSALA, one of our goals is to enhance the competence of its members through education, communication, and networking.  To support this goal, our Chapter offers a variety of scholarships each year to assist Chapter members in furthering their professional education.  Our valued Business Partners play a vital role through their sponsorship dollars, which provides funding for the scholarships.  While the amounts may vary from year to year,  the following are normally available each year to Chapter members:

• Two (2) $1,500 scholarships to attend ALA’s Annual Conference.  One scholarship is  based on attendance at various PSALA events (click here for rules ) and one scholarship for general membership.
• Various Scholarships for the Region 5 Conference
• One (1) $1,500 Vicki L. Robinson Memorial Scholarship to attend ALA’s Financial Management Conference (click here for rules ).
